There are plenty of places to visit by car in the Riviera city of Nice, besides its glorious beaches. If you like art then why not take a drive out to the town of Saint Paul de Venice and visit the Maeght Foundation where there is a wonderful collection of modern art. There are some things you should not miss seeing while you are in Nice, and the Anatole Jakovsky Native Art Museum is one of them. The museum is located just 2 kilometres west of the city centre. Jakovsky was a Rumanian who settled in Nice and founded the Museum by donating his own collection. There are pieces dating from the sixteenth century to the present day, and you can drive there in your Nice car hire vehicle.
