Make Lots of Money; Compete against last year's take and against this year's goals. Always have a donation can so carwash customers can donate more if they feel like it. Have parents take ticket booklets to work, and ask their companies to make a donation.
Be Organized; Make sure you have insurance if you need it, the best location, and a rain date just in case. Try to overlap the schedules of the washers, and have the right amount of parental supervision.
