As your children get older and start to get involved in different programs, you will find yourself being asked to help raise money and run fundraisers. Most of these cards have great discounts to different restaurants and businesses around town. Your group gets a good percentage of the money you make off of the cards. The more cards you sell the more money you get. This can be accomplished by going door to door or setting up a table outside of local grocery stores or other busy places around town.
When your child comes home and tells you that they need to raise money for something try one of the ideas above. You might be asked to be in charge of the fundraiser and you'll want a few ideas that you can consider before you make your decision.
