Banyak yang Cuek, Padahal Makanan Ini Bisa Menangkal Sihir dan Ditakuti Setan Lho!

Not long ago, a gentleman wanted to help educate his son on how to operate a business, and he asked me if he thought a mobile car washing business would be a good business to do that? The answer is yes, at least that is my view. You see, the gentleman thought he might pick out a couple of businesses that his son might like that could teach him about business so he asked the following;
"I thought that we'd just pick a few businesses where I know someone in management and offer car washing services to their employees. Do you find it difficult to get permission from the landlord to wash on-site? Do you generally pick another location and move their cars to that location?"
Hmm? Yes, these are very good questions, and if there is a legitimate customer base available, then why not take advantage of the potential there. He wanted his son to donate some of the revenue to a local Children's Hospital, also a very worthy cause. What do I think about this after being in the Mobile Car Washing Franchise sector for some 27-years?
Well, yes, I think this is a good idea to help his son learn about business, customer service, philanthropy, community, and quality. - and so yes, I believe it would be a great opportunity and learning experience for him - a wise idea. Next, I asked where he was, you see, it often matters if you are in a big city or a rural area as to how the property owners or tenants see the risk of having someone on their property or in their parking lot washing vehicles. So, let's get into his specific questions:
1.) Do you find it difficult to get permission from the landlord to wash on-site?
No, I never found it difficult to get permission, once I got a hold of the right person to talk to, and sometimes it is better to beg forgiveness, than to ask permission when it comes to such things. For instance, if the tenants of the building want the service, it's better to just start washing, and they will go to bat for you with the landlord. Or have the tenant contact the landlord for you and request that you be allowed to wash there.
2.) Do you generally pick another location and move their cars to that location?
You could do that, but remember there is a liability issue with moving the cars, and that takes time. Time is quite important to production of car washing. Some customers may not want anyone driving their car, so it could lessen the volume of customers. One way to do this is to pick a point in the parking lot where you wash, and on wash day the customers park there. Then they leave their keys and money in pre-printed envelopes checking off the services they want; i.e. wash, vacuum, tire dressing, wax, detail, etc.
Well, I hope today's topic helps you in helping you with such questions that you might have. Please think on it and consider all this.
