Second answer can be found through acceptance. Acceptance that you are indeed alive and so you must live. No ifs and no buts. Just live. You are as free as bird. So do your thing. Do what you can and what you love. Be positive and avoid negative thoughts. Most people who think negative end up killing themselves, which is not a good thing.
Which leads us to the third and final probable answer,which is to be grateful about being alive. Be thankful that you have the chance to enjoy life, work, and recreation. Be thankful that you have experience living at all. We are still lucky in that regards. Play. Work. Have fun. Dream big!
Be the best you can be, and make your life remarkable. You only have one life, make the most of it.
